Service Includes:

• Dusting, wiping, and cleaning all tops and surfaces including furniture, tables, counters, and fixtures.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing all floors, with corners of each room and awkward areas behind or under furniture also thoroughly cleaned (Inside cleaning is only done upon approval)
• Cleaning the refrigerator, oven, and other kitchen appliances.
• Removing and cleaning all contents inside cabinets and closets. After the cleaning, all belongings will be placed back where the cleaner found them. (If organizing the cupboard is required, please request it in the instructions)
• Cleaning all interior windows, windowsills, grills, ventilators, ceiling fans, and exhaust fans (easily reachable with a ladder), and removing any stains or mildew
• Removing webs and old residue from nooks and corners.
• Steam Cleaning/Grout Cleaning can be provided at an additional charge.
• Outdoor sheds, storage areas and garden areas are not included in this service. • Please make sure to arrange entry permits in advance.
• Please inform the crew if cupboard contents need to be organized.
• Any special instructions may or may not be catered to depending on the scope of work and crew schedule.
